Public Justice Advocates (“PJA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to adhering to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and all relevant regulations and guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”).
Consent
In accordance with the TCPA, we will not send any marketing or promotional messages to you via phone, fax, SMS, or automated systems, without your prior express written consent. When you provide your phone number or other contact information to us, you may be asked to also provide us with your explicit consent to receive such communications.
Revocation of Consent
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. If you wish to stop receiving communications from us, you can directly inform us through our provided contact channels, and we will promptly cease all such communications.
Record Keeping
We will keep records of your consent, including the time, date, and manner in which consent was given, in accordance with TCPA and FTC guidelines.
No Unsolicited Messages
We affirm that we will not send any unsolicited messages or engage in any “robocalling” practices. All our communication will strictly follow the standards set forth by the TCPA and FTC.
Compliance Training
All employees, agents, and third parties who handle communications on behalf of Public Justice Advocates are trained and monitored to ensure compliance with TCPA regulations and our internal TCPA policy.

Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or changes in TCPA or FTC guidelines.
This policy does not create any contractual or legal rights, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.
